Pharmacists cycling through Iowa are assisting fellow riders with first aid and over-the-counter products to treat injuries and discomforts on the road. In Boone, a woman cyclist was among those assisted by the #RollinRx team of Iowa Pharmacy Association and Pharmacy Times riders.

The #RollinRx team was greeted in Ogden, Iowa, by Patti Swanson, RPh (‘76 Drake College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences graduate) and her pharmacy support person, Debbie, at Swanson Drug. The pharmacy has been serving its community since 1986.

One RAGBRAI rider has a unique bicycle, taking him on a ride through Iowa.

Part of the #RollinRx team stopped at Medicap Pharmacy in Boone & met Jane Pfannes, RPh (‘81 Creighton University graduate), Jessica Wonderlich, PharmD (‘08 University of Wisconsin grad), & Savannah Tinch, CPhT. Thanks for all you do!!

RAGBRAI riders take a break from cycling and the sun under a tractor.
