More and more specialty pharmacies, especially the more progressive in their strategy are starting to adopt the things we just talked about, like texting technology. I know many pharmacies that have used texting in an innovative way in certain disease states. For example, disease states like HIV and hepatitis C where it’s incumbent on the patient to stay on therapy and it’s critical that they stay on therapy each and every day, they’ve used texting to a great advantage. Again I know other pharmacies are starting to use telemedicine and using that particular tool now to enhance the offering. In my mind, it doesn’t replace what you do but it helps to enhance and that’s really where specialty pharmacies are incorporating those capabilities into their regular practice.
