Priscilla Hsue, MD: So I think individuals with HIV and diabetes, they're at increased risk for things like cardiovascular disease. So I think really aggressive recognition of this increased risk, as well as risk factor modification, whether its with lipid lowering therapy, blood pressure medication, cigarette smoking, glucose management. So, all those would be critical.
