Target's ingredients work to flush the urinary tract. Special ingredients alkalize the urine and may make it less acidic. The product also increases urinary flow with a diuretic. The ingredients take effect upon urination.
If you are not sexually active, get 10 packets of Target and drink every 3 days.
If you are sexually active, get 20 packets of Target and drink every 3 days, and immediately after sex.
If you want maximum support: Get 30 packets of Target and drink every day.
Mix a packet in 8-12 ounces of water. Drink Target every 3 days and after sex.
